Stabilizing systems by Shin-Etsu provide unique functionality across various food applications.
With functional and versatile advantages such as binders, emulsifiers, stabilizers, suspension agents, protective colloids, thickeners, and film-forming agents, Shin-Etsu offers products created from plant-based raw materials and "reversible thermal gelation,'' a unique property of Shin-Etsu for food processing.
Methylcellulose and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose have been approved as food additives in many countries, including the United States, EU countries, Japan, Australia, Canada, and some APAC countries. Benefits include:
