It offers excellent compressability and fluidity while modulating the sweet taste.Maldex 190 is prepared by the partial hydrolysis of starch and supplied as a free-flowing, non-sweet, odorless, white powder or granules. Maltodextrin is a safe, non-irritant and non-toxic material.
