Whey protein concentrates (WPC)

Fonterra's WPC solutions provide high-quality protein ingredients suitable for various applications. They are available in protein concentrates ranging from 42% to 90% – depending on the required protein, fat, lactose, and mineral levels – for your formulation needs.
