AMP-ULTRA™ PC is a multifunctional additive for personal care applications. It is used as a neutralizer, stabilizer and pigment dispersion aid and provides rapid, effective, and efficient neutralization without yellowing. AMP-ULTRA PC is supplied as an anhydrous solid (AMP-ULTRA PC 1000), or as an aqueous solution at concentrations of 95% (AMP-ULTRA PC 2000) or 89% (AMP-ULTRA PC 3000).
