Where can I find safety data sheets?
Our safety data sheets are downloadable from specific products and can be found on the category pages, product pages and order history page.
How much is delivery?
Currently we offer free delivery on all standard orders. Orders for dangerous goods may incur extra charges. You can find more delivery information here.
Why do you add a container charge?
For some products we add container charges to orders as the cost of the container that the product is sold in varies. Therefore we add this as a separate charge when you reach the cart.
Do you delivery to residential addresses?
Unfortunately not, due to the complexities of delivery chemicals we are only able to deliver to commercial addresses.
Do I need a forklift for my delivery?
Depending on the product you have ordered you may require a forklift or pump truck to receive your delivery. When you reach the checkout you are able to select if you require delivery on a truck with a tail lift.
