It's properties allow the thickening of formulas to create low viscosity lotions whilst improving emulsion stability and enhancing the sensory experience for hair and skin care applications. CELLOSIZE Hydroxyethyl Cellulose QP-4400 has a proven performance in delighting consumers for more than 30 years and can be used in personal care formulations within a range of pH 3 to 10 including skin care, hair care and colour cosmetics.
