Maltilite - Maltitol is obtained by the hydrogenation of maltose syrup. It has a sweetening power close to that of sugar and an excellent taste profile. MALTILITE 5575 is a colourless and odourless, clear viscous and sweet-tasting (approximately 75% the sweetness of sucrose) aqueous liquid.
