Actilight Fibre is an oligofructose concentrate (also called fructo-oligosaccharide, or FOS), which is a prebiotic fibre that conforms to the regulatory definition of dietary fibre. Tereos produce the oligofructose in Actilight from sugar beet using a bioconversion process inspired by nature. The fibre is obtained from sugar extracted from sugar beet.
