ASpure Food contains pure and clean Ammonium Sulfate making it perfect for a wide variety food applications. It can be used as a stabilizer, buffering agent, bread enhancer and dough strengthener. It is also used in the manufacture of sausage casings, wine production, bread and pasta products and bakers‘ yeast fermentation. ASpure Food is a high purity inorganic salt obtained from chemical synthesis, without the intervention of biological agents. It has no aroma, a slightly salty taste and is highly soluble in water. It is completely free from: microbiological contaminations, allergens, and products thereof, raw materials or processing aids derived from GMO materials and parts of living organisms. There are no whitening or anti-caking agents used.
