GLUCOPLUS 361 10PPM WHEAT
Glucoplus 361 is a glucose syrup, obtained from the hydrolysis of starch. It is transparent to light yellow in colour and has a sweet flavour. Glucoplus 361 has a DE value of 58 - 63. Tereos glucose syrups can be used as a bulking agent, to improve texture, to prevent crystallisation and to replace sucrose.
