Meet Our Leadership Team
Mr. Jukes became President and Chief Executive Officer of Univar Solutions in March 2019 following Univar’s acquisition of Nexeo Solutions. He joined Univar in 2002 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2017 to May 2018 and President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, Mr. Jukes held the Executive Vice President and President of Univar USA positions from June 2016 to May 2017, and President of Latin America (LATAM) from September 2015 to May 2017. Mr. Jukes is a 35-year veteran of the chemical distribution industry with a distinguished background of achievements. His passion for growth and proven record of success can be seen through his leadership and business acumen. Prior to joining Univar, Mr. Jukes was Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Industry Relations, for Omnexus, a plastics industry consortium e-commerce platform. In 1991, he joined Ellis & Everard, a chemical distribution company in the UK, ultimately becoming vice president of corporate development for their Polymers division. He currently serves on the board of DCC plc, a £12.3 billion international sales, marketing and support services group that is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and is publicly traded in the UK. Mr. Jukes is a graduate of the London School of Business.
Mr. Alexos joined Univar Solutions in January 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing in-depth knowledge and expertise around market and margin expansion in the general industrial and consumer sectors.
Before joining Univar Solutions, Mr. Alexos served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Dentsply Sirona, Inc. where he led the growth strategy and executed successful portfolio shaping initiatives. Previously he served as a Managing Director of Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, where he helped a wide array of portfolio companies achieve growth and margin expansion. He has served on a number of boards including VWR International, Option Care Health, Sirona Dental Systems, Team Health, Performance Health and various others. He has also served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations including the Children's Inner City Educational Fund, Lake Forest Country Day School, MetroSquash, University of Chicago Booth School of Business Council, Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and the Harvard Dental School of Medicine Advisory Board.
Mr. Alexos received his bachelor’s degree in business from Loyola University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Ms. Colin has served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of Univar Solutions since July 2023 where she leads the global legal team, the global compliance and enterprise risk management programs, and the global real estate team, for the company. With years of experience advising national and multinational as well as public and private entities, Ms. Colin is an expert on diverse matters including mergers & acquisitions, litigation, product liability, compliance, risk management, privacy, research & development, clinical trials, sales, marketing, government investigations, environmental, health & safety, and general business activities.
Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Ms. Colin served as associate general counsel, personal care North America for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Other previous roles include various associate general counsel positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation as well as an associate in the litigation and environmental practice areas for Mayer Brown LLP. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Earlham College and a master’s degree in natural resources and environmental science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a juris doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Mr. Jerding became Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Univar Solutions in March 2019 following Univar’s acquisition of Nexeo Solutions. Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Mr. Jerding served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Nexeo Solutions since December of 2016 and was the Vice President of Technology from May of 2011. Mr. Jerding has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology having served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility where he has gained broad experience in developing enterprise resource planning and infrastructure application solutions on broad scale. From 2003 to 2011 Mr. Jerding was with LyondellBasell where he led teams through large scale projects to increase effectiveness and productivity throughout the organization. Mr. Jerding received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Iowa State University.
Ms. McIntyre serves as Senior Vice President and Strategic Advisor, having most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief People and Culture Officer. Additional leadership roles have included Senior Vice President, Chief Streamline Officer, and Head of North American Operations, as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Integration Officer of Univar Solutions where she successfully led the integration of Univar and Nexeo Solutions following the March 2019 acquisition. Ms. McIntyre joined Univar in June 2013 as Vice President, Regional Supply Chain, and led the Company’s Supply Chain Operations for the USA business from December 2014 to December 2017. In January 2018, Ms. McIntyre was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer. Ms. McIntyre has more than 25 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry and served in several senior leadership positions at Rohm and Haas, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company that manufactures specialty chemicals, and with The Dow Chemical Company, one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers. Ms. McIntyre’s most recent role at The Dow Chemical Company was Global Supply Chain Director from January 2010 to June 2013. She currently serves on the board of Hoover CS, a leading provider of sustainable packaging and fleet management solutions. Ms. McIntyre earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Drexel University.

Mr. Holcomb serves as Executive Vice President and Divisional President of Chemical Distribution & Services . Mr. Holcomb joined Univar Solutions in January 2021 as Senior Vice President, President of North America and Chemicals & Services, bringing over 25 years of industry experience that includes leading critical growth projects, managing integration projects and processes, and instilling commercial discipline practices. Mr. Holcomb joined Univar Solutions after having been previously employed by Brenntag where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer for North America. Throughout his career, Mr. Holcomb has demonstrated his ability to find synergies and unlock new growth. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis as well as completed the International Management Course at Ashridge University in the U.K.
Mr. Powell serves as Executive Vice President and Divisional President of Ingredients & Specialties. As an industry veteran with 35 years in the chemical industry, Mr. Powell joined Univar in 2009, establishing the company’s Middle East and Africa businesses and grew its footprint by leading the acquisition of the Turkey business. In 2014, Mr. Powell assumed leadership of EMEA’s Focused Industries where he grew those businesses to new levels. In addition to EMEA, he continued to lead Univar’s APAC operations, which he successfully returned to profitability after assuming their leadership in late 2015. In 2020 Mr. Powell expanded his role to globally launch and then lead the Consumer and Industrial Solutions business where he focused on growing a largely differentiated set of chemistries and ingredients through prioritized end-markets. Prior to joining Univar, Mr. Powell spent more than 20 years in the chemicals industry, primarily in the water treatment chemicals and construction chemicals fields.
Mr. Otterstrom serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Finance in the Chemical Distribution & Services division for Univar Solutions. He previously served as Vice President of Finance for North America, a role in which he oversaw all financial activities for USA and Canada. In this role, Mr. Otterstrom is responsible for shaping the division's financial future and brings nearly 20 years of financial leadership experience across accounting; financial planning and analysis; mergers and acquisitions; financial reporting; accounts receivable and payable; supply chain operations; financial system design and integration, and in managing large multi-discipline teams.
Prior to Univar Solutions, Mr. Otterstrom served as Director of Commercial Finance at Nexeo Solutions where he helped develop global commercial standards to drive financial success and was instrumental in the integration process when Univar acquired Nexeo Solutions in 2019 to become Univar Solutions. He has served in multiple financial and operational leadership roles at a variety of companies, including Boart Longyear, Paul’s PHP, Inc., and Tanner LLC.
Throughout his career, he has helped drive forward-looking perspectives and detailed analysis to support operational performance and increased productivity. He has a proven track record in leading mergers and acquisitions, developing pricing ingenuity, and leading high-performance teams to maximize results.
Mr. Otterstrom earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University, is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Raheemullah serves as Senior Vice President, Head of People and Culture in the Chemical Distribution & Services division and Corporate for Univar Solutions, having previously served as Vice President, Human Resources, North America. Responsible for advancing the people and culture agenda for Univar Solutions globally, Ms. Raheemullah is a proven executive with a broad range of experience with implementing strategic solutions at the global level for talent development, workforce analytics, benefits designs, global mobility, as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Since joining Univar Solutions in 2021, she has championed a workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves and where there is opportunity to fulfill the company’s purpose to help keep our communities healthy, fed, clean, and safe.
Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Ms. Raheemullah served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for Dover Corporation. Previous experience includes working in roles of increasing responsibility at Andersen and Deloitte, in Chicago and New York.
Ms. Raheemullah earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.
Mr. Bryant serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Finance for the Ingredients & Specialties division at Univar Solutions, having previously served as SVP Global FP&A and then previously Vice President of Finance for EMEA since 2014. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the divisional financial strategy, Mr. Bryant brings nearly 30 years of proven success in leveraging best practices to increase revenue alongside reduced costs. In his current role, he leads financial planning and analysis; mergers and acquisitions; accounts receivable and accounts payable; controllership, reporting, budgeting, investment assessments, and forecasting.
Mr. Bryant has spent his career with Univar Solutions (previously Univar) in increasing levels of financial leadership roles.
Mr. Bryant earned an undergraduate degree in finance from Sheffield University and an MBA from the University of Bradford. He is a CIMA Qualified Accountant and completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School.
Ms. Mammadova serves as Senior Vice President, Head of People and Culture in the Ingredients & Specialties Division for Univar Solutions, having previously served as Vice President, Human Resources, EMEA and APAC and Global Ingredients and Specialties since 2020. Responsible for inspiring a people-centric approach to drive organizational growth and innovation, Ms. Mammadova leads strategic HR planning, talent management, culture and organizational development for the Division. She has spent her career, predominately in oil and gas and chemical industries, building strategies that improve the employee experience and successfully led organizations through significant change and transformation.
Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Ms. Mammadova held numerous human resources leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Baker Hughes, General Electric Oil & Gas, and BP, serving in senior business partnersip and talent/organisational development roles.
Ms. Mammadova holds a master’s degree in psychology and neuroscience of mental health from King’s College London and a master’s degree in English language, as well as post-graduate diplomas in business and people management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK and a qualified executive coach.
