UCARE Polymner JR-400 is a water-soluble, cationic, multifunctional conditioning polymer. It enables clear formulations for hair care products with enhanced volume and no build-up on hair, improving the appearance and feel of damaged hair and helping prevent the loss of moisture from the skin. It can be used with or without silicones and it is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. UCARE Polymer JR-400 delivers medium conditioning to hair and a controlled deposition of silicones and other beneficial agents. The UCARE conditioning polymers are used in a wide range of applications across both hair and skin care including clear and opacified shampoos, 2-in-1 shampoos, body washes, facial cleansers and moisturizers.
